I had no idea what Otaku means, I've already had two people tell me that I was wrong and told me what it means.  Be quiet about it, because I'm not freaking changing it!
[C/n] - country name
[F/f] - fave flower
[F/c] - fave color

"Vee, come on-a Germany!  You-a can-a do it!' Italy cheered on his friend.  Germany just growled and looked away.  They were taking a lunch break from the World Meeting, but Germany's mind wasn't on the delicious wurst he had packed.  His mind was on the newly discovered [C/n].  He was very high tech, and so far he hadn't made any contracts with anyone.  And [C/n] was in LOVE with his laptop.  Japan had called him an otaku because of it.  [C/n] was never seen without the high tech laptop.  Whenever he was sitting, he would always be typing away.  The only way to have a full face-to-face conversation with him would be to have a video chat.  The problem with this, Germany was camera shy.  Like, deathly camera shy.  He hated being in any type of video.
"No I can not!  I can do a lot of zhings, but video chatting is not one of zhem!  And I can not just talk to him, since he's alvays on zhat verdammt laptop!"
     "Itary, shourd we assist Germany?"
     "Vee, how?"
"By getting [C/n] away from his raptop."
"No-a way, vee!  [C/n] will-a kill us!  How about we just-a help-a Germany ask him out?"
"Fine." Japan sighed.  Germany just groaned, rubbing his forehead and looking over to [C/n].  Who was, surprise surprise, typing away at his laptop.  Completely ignoring his bento.
~Attempt One; Sit Them Next To The Other~
"VVVEEEE, [C/N]!" Italy yelled happily, glomping the otaku.  [C/n] shrugged him off, rapidly tapping the space bar to shake off the mutant in his game.  It was bad enough he only had ten hp left, he didn't need North Italy to distract him.
     "What is it, Feliciano?"
"Vee, can Germany sit-a next to you?"
"Yeah, sure, fine, WHATEVER." [C/n] muttered, not really listening to the pasta obsessed Italian.  Italy gave his two friends a thumbs up.  Japan pushed Germany forward, and he nervously sat down next to the gamer country.  Neither even gave a glance to the other.
~After The Meeting~
Germany failed.  BIG TIME.  The rest of that entire meeting he had the chance to talk to [C/n].  But he chickened out.  Multiple times.  [C/n], when not distracted, would ask him a question.  Germany would respond with stutters that didn't even sound like any known language.  Making him sound like an idiot.  Japan and Italy were currently trying to cheer him up.  [C/n] walked by them without a second glance.
~Attempt Two: PARTY!~
[C/n] was typing away at his laptop, trying to beat his high score, when he got a video chat request.  Quickly pausing his game, he accepted the request.  He recognized the man as Japan, the creator of many video games [C/n] loves.
     "Herro, [C/n]."
     "Hi Japan, what's up?"
"I want to invite you to come to a party at Germanby-san's house."
     "... Who?"
     "Germany."
     "...?"
     "Doitsu?  Ludwig Beilschmidt."
     "...."
"He sat next to you during the last meeting...."
"... You mean the guy that couldn't stop stuttering?"
     "Hai... wirr you come?"
     "... Uh-"
     "You can bring your raptop."
     "I'll be there!"
~After The Party~
Germany was feeling a little better.  Little being the keyword.  He got to have a short conversation with [C/n].  Mainly because he was playing a video game, and failing, so [C/n] gave him some tips and cheats.  [C/n] left with a glance towards Germany and a smile.
~Not The Plan: Prussia~
Prussia is [C/n]'s long time gaming buddy.  No one was sure why.  [C/n]'s only reason was 'he's an awesome gamer.'  And it was no secret, to Italy and Japan, that Germany was jealous of his older brother.  So of COURSE they wouldn't let Prussia help them... but, come on, this is Prussia we're talking about.  He found out about the plan and decided to put in his unwanted help.
"KEsesesese!  [C/n], zhe awesome Prussia has decided to grace you vith his awesome presence!" Prussia declared, barging into the house.  [C/n] was on his laptop, on some website he was obsessed with.  [C/n] merely glanced up at Prussia, then back to his screen.
"Sup, LordAwesome?" [C/n] only called people by their game names.
"[C/n], vhat do you zhink of miene little brozher?"
"... Uh, the guy at the party that was sucking at video games?"
     "Ja!  Germany Ludvig Bielschmidt!"
"Uh, he's... attractive.  Not really my type, but I really don't know him....  Maybe he's cooler when you get to know him-"
"Vell, I know for a FACT zhat he has zhee hots for you!"
     "Oh really?"
"Ja!  You need to give him a chance!"
"Why?  He can't even video chat me!  And if he doesn't have the guts to ask me out himself-"
"Zhen talk to him face-to-face yourself!  Maybe if you start zhe conversation, he vill get zhe guts!"
     "... Y... you're serious?"
     "JA!"
     "But... he's so...."
     "JUST DO IT!"
~Next Day: Meeting~
[C/n] was thinking of ways to talk to Germany.  He favored video chat, but NNNOOOO!  Stupid Prussia and his stupid halfbrained ideas-
     "A-Ahem, uh, [C/n]?"
The moment he turned around, [f/c] [f/f]'s were shoved into his face.  Germany was blushing.
"Uh... Germany, right?" [C/n] took the flowers.  Horrible graphics.
     "Y-yes.  I-I w-want... er, I-I mean, w-would y-you, um...."
"... Go on a date with you?"
Germany nodded with a bright blush.  [C/n] smiled.  He was cute when he blushed.  Maybe this would work out.  "I would love too."

The way you used "otaku" is perfectly acceptable.

It not any exactly any of the comments from before but otaku literally translates to fanboy or fangirl. It doesnt necessarily mean that an individual is obsessed with japanese culture or really 'nerdy' and 'geeky' stuff like games and tech in general. It can mean that, but the word can be used for anyone.
